Refund policy

  • VTF commits to delivering the product packed in compact vacuum-sealed pouches, with a sealed outer box. Replacement shall be done within 24 Hrs if the seal is broken before delivery.
  • The products are completely edible, perishable, solely for consumption, and not any resale in any instance. VTF recommends reading the instructions on the product carefully before using it by Customers.
  • VTF's commitment to delivering fresh and consistently relies on advance planning & execution, therefore orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation. In case of any exigency VTF customer care can be contacted at +91 7540-077552 / nutrient@vtf.net.in.
  • If a different product type is delivered against your order the product will be immediately replaced in the earliest timeline possible with the correct product.
  • All orders are paid in advance using the third-party payment gateways, based on /Debit and Credit Card Payments/Wallet payments/UPI.
  • VTF shall not be liable for any default in receipt of payments due, payment failure of the server, or failure of payment due to the service provider through digital payment or credit cards and wallets.
  • In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, VTF will not be able to deliver the order and are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
