Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

VTF presently offers shipping options only on specific days of the week as displayed during the order booking on our website, VTF will door delivery the orders in a temperature-controlled environment to make sure the product reaches your doorstep with absolute freshness and high nutrition.

Any change in this policy will be reflected during the order booking on our website.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

In case of incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer VTF will not be able deliver the order and refunds are not allowed (please refer to the refund policy document)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
